Small Group Training
Our small group training program is designed to create the best well rounded athlete possible. With groups of no more than 8 athletes, we are able to give specific cues and modifications to fit the athletes needs, while being able to work out in a group environment. In all sports performance groups, we focus on mobility, activation, power, strength, hypertrophy and endurance. Along with that, there is a large focus on injury prevention and preventative care.

1 on 1 Personal Training
Personal Training offers the most specific program possible for the athlete. We start by creating a needs analysis to determine what we need to work on the most, and then develop an in depth program to fit the athletes needs and goals. Within these programs, our coaches are able to spend more time breaking down compensation patterns and improper movement patterns to promote proper biomechnics and joint health. 1 on 1 sessions are 60 minutes long and are scheduled directly with your trainer.

Sports Nutrition
Nutrition is one of most overlooked parts getting “bigger faster stronger”, it is also one of the easiest ways to boost your results quickly if it’s done correctly. For that reason, at Factum, we focus on our athletes nutrition to ensure we get the best results. Our nutrition program ran by Dr. Francisco Padilla allows athletes the opportunity to maximize their results in the gym, and achieve their goals faster.

Team Training
We take teams to the next level! Off-Season and In-season programs are available. Strength and conditioning programs have become a non negotiable for competitive teams across all sports. For our teams, we start with a day of intake testing using our Vald force plates and laser timers along with other metrics to produce baseline numbers. Our goal is to not only create faster and stronger athletes, but to also create and environment based around teamwork and discipline.
